► Need to protect all walls, doors and flooring when changing units. ► Any ceiling tile, grid work, insulation or celling hanger wires that haft to be removed need to be replaced without any damage. ► Approved Manufacturer-Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Amana ► All old indoor and outdoor units must be hauled off by the vendor. ► Contractor is responsible for the removal and disposable of all freon. ► All duct work must be properly sealed with approved tape or mastic duct sealant modify duct as necessary to reconnect ► All high and low voltage wires need to be strapped with approved fasteners. ► It is the vendors responsibility to be sure all equipment is fused properly. ► Thermostats need to be changed to programmable thermostats with the batteries installed and programed to the temperatures and settings requested by the Property Management division at that time. ► All thermostats, air handlers, and outdoor units need to be labeled to show what unit it is and what breaker controls it. ► Include a new drain pan under each new air handler with a float switch installed and tested. The drain pans need to be 3 inches bigger than the actual unit.
