1. Removal of existing Chiller and Boiler loop piping in areas shown in the Attachment #1 drawing. o City is estimating piping diameter to be 1 1/4” branch line in hallway & 3/4” line going to units. 2. Install new Chiller and Boiler loop piping in existing locations. o From backstage Electrical/Mechanical Room (beside loading dock) vertical piping to each HVAC unit’s strainer & circuit setters. 3. Add shutoff valves to all four lines (Chiller Supply, Chiller Return, Boiler Supply, Boiler Return) in the Electrical/ Mechanical Room. o Valves are an incidental cost item. 4. Add shutoff valves(ball valves with handles)on all four lines for each HVAC unit, at the tees in the hallway. All valves MUST be accessible. ((6) sets). Valves are an incidental cost item. o Piano Room o Wardrobe Room o Stars Dressing Room o Two in Hallway o Dressing/Kitchen Breakroom 5. Reinsulate all new piping. o All insulation is to have a wall thickness of 2”. 6. All new insulation is to be painted black to match the existing piping in the ceiling.
