HVAC Chiller Installation/Repair (JOC) - Contractor must carry appropriate licenses and/or certifications. Contractor shall have adequate and qualified staff in order to provide WCPSS with the service and/or response time requested. Must be able to handle multiple calls at one time, respond on a 24 hour, 7 day basis and will be expected to respond to emergency requests within 2 hours. Scope of work includes installation, maintenance and repair of chillers of all manufacturers at all sites. Contractor must be knowledgeable of mechanical/electrical schematics and be able to trouble shoot problems relating to these systems. Contractor will have procedures in place for working on mechanical/electrical systems and employee training will be kept up to date as per contractors requirements. Contractor will utilize a Lockout/Tagout procedure when working on these systems. Contractor responsible for any required permitting in order to perform job task.
