1.1 Contractor will have 60 consecutive working days to complete project. 1.2 Contractor shall provide coordination, programming, graphics, startup, and checkout of newly upgraded BAS. 1.3 HVAC equipment shall be operational within 48 hours of any shutdowns. 1.4 The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and insurance necessary to remove and replace HVAC BAS Upgrade – Sheppard Memorial Libraries and all other necessary work to complete installation. 1.5 BAS shall be non-proprietary. 1.6 Demo of existing controls. 1.7 New communication wire shall be run if current wire is not sufficient for upgrade. 1.8 BAS shall be able to communicate with current dampers and valves. 1.9 Provide custom graphics and programming for all equipment. 1.10 Engineered As-Built Drawings with control diagrams and network layout. 1.11 All current control cabinet shall be inspected to ensure free of damage. Provide new control cabinet if needed. 1.12 All connections to control cabinet and equipment shall be secured, insulated, and watertight as needed. 1.13 Any available prewiring and programing shall be done offsite to provide timely onsite upgrade. 1.14 All units shall be tested in heating and cooling. 1.15 8 hours of owner training shall be provided.
