Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University anticipates that the Contractor shall at a minimum provide the following services: 1. Conduct one-on-one interviews with the following: a. All Housekeeping employees (about 350) b. Housekeeping managers c. Housekeeping, Facilities Services, and Campus Service leadership d. Housing and Residence Life, and Student Affairs, leadership e. Office of Human Resources leadership f. University Ombuds g. University ADA/EEO Officer The purpose of the interviews will be to identify experiences, perceptions, and observations relating to the environment, climate, and culture within Housekeeping to ensure that all employees are treated with civility and respect – free from threats, intimidation or harassment, and where policies are implemented fairly and consistently. 2. Provide progress reports through interim meetings with the RFP issuers. 3. Prepare a written report identifying findings, recommendations, and a suggested action plan to address and eradicate any existing impediments to success. 4. Make one final presentation of findings, recommendations, and suggested action plan to a group of persons to be designated by the RFP issuer. Offerors may suggest modification to the above Scope of Work if in their professional opinion they believe that such modifications will result in a more superior outcome. Employee interviews must be completed during regularly scheduled working hours for employees, across all work shifts. The successful Offeror shall provide sufficient resources to accomplish the scope of work within 180 days of contract award.
