Vendor must be an approved Bell Helicopter Customer Service Facility that performs helicopter component maintenance, overhauls, and repairs (MRO) on items such as but not limited to: • Rotor and Tail Rotor Driveshaft Assembly • Main Rotor Mast Assembly • Main Rotor Hub Assembly • Tail Rotor Hub and Gearbox Assembly • Swashplate Assembly • Bell Crank Assembly • Transmission Assembly • Free Wheeling Assembly • Starter General Assembly Vendor shall provide new OEM parts and special tooling for the Bell 407 and Bell 429 helicopters. Vendor shall be required to perform a component overhaul for Bell 407 and Bell 429 helicopters. Vendor shall be required to perform NDT inspections for Bell 407 and Bell 429 helicopters. Vendor shall be able to provide an approved Bell and Aeronautical Accessories OEM parts discount.
