Specifications include, but are not limited to: solicit proposals for complete and efficient unarmed, uniformed, security services including reasonable labor, equipment, vehicles and necessary supervision to insure that employees, visitors, facility, property, and parking areas of the required locations are properly protected. The Security Guard(s) will establish order and safeguard employees, property, and clients while on agency premises. They will be familiar with non-violent resolutions to conflict; assist in emergency situations, identify conflicts, intervene courteously, defuse potential employee/client problems, and perform other security-related functions as required by the using agency. Buildings will be staffed with one or more Security Guards based on the size of the building or the shift.
