Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1128 South Graham Street known as the Charlotte Yard Building; approximately a one-acre lot with drainage hills and ditch covering 2/3 of the lot and mowing area. Trim around the inside and outside of the entire fenced area, backup generator, all sidewalks both inside and out, utility poles and signs. Weed control of all landscape beds. Pick up and remove all trash and blow all walkways curbs and roadways. Corner of Penman and South Graham; mow vacant lot to adjoining lot, trim around all bollards and fence line, remove all fallen debris around the base of the one major Oak tree, blow the walkway, curb, and roadway. 520 Summit Avenue; mow and trim along the outside of the fence line from in front of the building at 520 to the railroad tracks west. Remove all weed growth along the stone wall, sidewalk, and utility poles and signs. Remove trash, trim fence at both the entrance of the Summit building entrance gate and the Locomotive Railcar Maintenance Facility area gate. Thrift Depot, 8101 Old Mount Holly Road, in “Tank Town”, mow approximately a two-acre lot to the edge of all wooded areas and Railroad Right of Way (RR ROW). Trim around building, entrance gate, power pole, water line. Trim between entrance gate and RR ROW to include Jersey Wall, pipeline indicators and power pole. Spray all gravel parking areas and entrance drive to prevent weed growth in these areas. Remove trash around entrance area. LRMF Mowing, Weed Eating, and Perimeter Fence Line Spraying: a) Industrial Weed Control: Initial Application – Treat all gravel areas on property, spray tracks, asphalt, and rip rap on berms. b) Industrial Weed Control: Follow Up – Treat all gravel areas on property, spray tracks, asphalt, and rip rap on berms. c) Industrial Weed Control: Follow Up – Treat all gravel areas on property, spray tracks, asphalt, and rip rap on berms. d) Treat fence line with 1 foot swath. Approximately 4,340 feet. e) Initial Application: April (Bi-Annual) – Routine vegetation management consisting of stop mowing berms, weed eating around stormwater pond and risers, and spraying of rip rap inlet. f) Follow Up Application: September (Bi-Annual) – Routine vegetation management consisting of slope mowing berms, weed eating around stormwater pond and risers, and spraying of rip rap inlet. Summit Avenue and Thrift Depot will be mowed every other week on an alternating basis. Example: mowing Thrift on 1st and 3rd week while mowing Summit on 2nd and 4th week. Graham and Penman to be mowed every week during growing season. Mowing will be reduced by half times from fall to spring with exception for fall clean up. Reduction dates and clean-up will be determined with the winning bidder. Note: 12 equal monthly invoices will be requested despite potential reduction in services during winter months. All bids should be based on cost for each of the four properties per one-time mowing.
