The purpose of this amendment (Amendment 02), is to extend the required response date for offerors to respond to this solicitation, alter the period of performance of a resulting contract from this solicitation, and provide additional instructions for offerors via inclusion of provision 52.212-2, addendum to provision 52.212-1, and addendum to provision 52.212-2. Changes to the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are reflected in red.
