The Guilford County Purchasing Department informally requests from individuals or firms interested in providing services with the bathroom partition replacement at the Greensboro Courthouse located at 201 S. Eugene Street. The contractor is to provide all required labor, tools, material and equipment for the removal of existing bathroom partitions and construction of replacement bathroom partitions in five (5) men’s and five (5) women’s restrooms within the Greensboro Courthouse. All work must comply with project specifications and courthouse security requirements. A. All installations shall meet or exceed local building codes and industry standards. B. The contractor is responsible for field verifying all measurements and ensuring proper fit before ordering materials. Pricing shall reflect accurate site measurements. C. Partitions shall be installed plumb, level, and securely anchored per manufacturer specifications. All fasteners and mounting hardware shall be rustresistant. D. The contractor shall verify site conditions before installation. A final inspection with Facilities representatives is required before project acceptance.
