Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: a. Design the layout of a travelling exhibit of ten (10) freestanding exhibit panels to be temporarily displayed in an area of 300-400 square feet; b. Include as part of the Request for Proposal package conceptual drawing/drawings of the proposed layout of the exhibit space utilizing the ten (10) exhibit panels and one (1) poster; c. Include as part of the Request for Proposal package photographs of displays/exhibits designed/fabricated by the Contractor that are similar to the project proposed in this contract; d. Use content (text and images) provided by the Department to design and layout of ten (10) exhibit panels, each of which does not exceed seven (7) feet in height and five (5) feet in width. If Contractor believes that design warrants combination of panels and content to more adequately explain the topic/content and submit to the Contract Administrator for written approval; e. Use content (text and images) provided by the Department to design and layout of one (1) poster that does not exceed forty (40) inches in height and thirty-six (36) inches in width; f. Design the panels in a freestanding format that can easily break down into component parts for transportation in a single minivan or SUV; g. Provide adequate portable storage containers to protect panels, poster, and components during transport and storage; h. Provide print-ready graphics for all panels and poster to the Department no later than Friday, April 13, 2018, for review and written approval prior to creation of any graphic panels; i. Fabricate the ten (10) exhibit panels; j. Print four (4) copies of the poster—one (1) copy to be dry mounted on foam core by the Contractor and three (3) rolled copies to be delivered to the Department; k. Deliver the completed ten (10) exhibit panels, one (1) dry mounted poster, and three (3) rolled Poster copies to the Department no later than Tuesday, May 15, 2018.
