Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Vendor must have current licensure for all software or materials that will be used in graphic design work. Vendor must provide copies of such licenses or certifications for all software, libraries, stock images, and materials that will be used in providing graphic design work for the Plan. The Plan shall not be responsible for acquiring licenses for the use of any software or other intellectual property for any work specified in this RFP.; 2 Vendor shall submit three (3) different high quality, industry standard hard copy samples of each item a) through g) listed below for a total of twenty-one (21) different samples. Samples shall be the same quality as the Plan’s previous graphic design projects available under Section 5.9. If available, the samples should be of materials in the following industries: health care, benefits, or insurance. a) Tri-Fold Brochure (full color) b) Small Brochure Booklet (full color) c) Standard Size Postcard (full color) d) Oversized postcard (full color) e) Newsletter (full color) f) PowerPoint Presentation Template (hard copy in color) g) Logo design (hard copy in color)
