This Project is an approximately 3,600 square foot renovation in the existing Imaging Department on the ground floor of the Granville Medical Center. Areas of renovation include: a. Redesign of the existing Nuclear Medicine Room, associated Control Room, and Hot Toilet Room, as well as new imaging equipment replacing the old. b. Renovation of the existing CT room and associated Control Room, as well as new imaging equipment replacing the old. c. A new Patient Care Station to support the imaging areas. d. Demolition of two existing conference rooms to become a new MRI room with associated Equipment and Control Rooms, as well as supporting intervening spaces. 2. Existing MEP infrastructure will be modified and supplemented with localized mini-split units to address cooling capacity, as well as a new rooftop MRI chiller and a new CT UPS relocated to the lower level. 3. The awarded contractor will have access to the full project area (no phasing).
