The Facility was completed in 2011 and is currently undergoing design for expansion of both the Administration and Maintenance Buildings. There are 7 existing Semco rooftop units that are near the end of their useful life and require replacement. The selected firm will coordinate the design, bidding, and construction administration for the replacements with the design team developing the expansion plans to assure consistency throughout the facility. The selected firm shall coordinate integrating the new units into the Building Management System and requirements of the commissioning agent. The existing units are Semco Model VSC-05. Design of the replacement units shall be compatible with units planned for the expansion of the Maintenance Building. All equipment shall comply with Buy America requirements. Additionally, this project is subject to Davis Bacon Act provisions.
