The selected vendor shall provide glass replacement services for the Town of Mooresville on an asneeded basis. Services will be required across various Town-owned buildings and facilities and may include both scheduled and urgent/emergency response work. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • Replacement of broken or damaged glass windows • Replacement of interior and exterior glass partitions • Removal and safe disposal of broken glass • Measurement, sourcing, and installation of appropriate glass types (e.g., safety, tempered, laminated, insulated) • Resealing and weatherproofing as needed • Post-installation cleanup and debris removal • Providing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete work in a safe and timely manner
