The Town is seeking to obtain qualifications from vendors to be under contract for use on an as needed basis for generator services across Town facilities. Multiple vendors may be selected. See scope of work for full details. The Town reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time and for any reason, without explanation. We are seeking vendors to provide preventative maintenance, inspection, repair, and emergency support services for generators located throughout the Town. Generators are distributed across multiple departments, and quantities may increase slightly over time. Generator Inventory (Approximate Quantities): • Water Sewer Maintenance (WSM): 50 units • Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP): 4 units • Water Treatment Plant (WTP): 11 units • Facilities Department: 10 units Generator Size Ranges (per department): • WSM: 15 kW – 900 kW • WWTP: 250 kW – 800 kW • WTP: 600 kW – 1750 kW • Facilities: Varies.
