The Contractor shall provide building and general construction repair services for various building disciplines. Work includes scheduled and emergency repairs to County buildings in the divisions of light gauge metal framing, walls, fencing, steps, windows, doors/frames/hardware, flooring and floor covering, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm, suspended ceilings, lighting, painting and basic millwork. Examples of duties in this class: Building renovation work including structural, to perform small renovation projects in administrative offices, detention centers, outlying structures and laboratory facilities. o Drywall repair/damage, including repairing/constructing sections of walls o Door repair/reconstruction o Window repair/reconstruction o Flooring repair/reconstruction o Wall repair/reconstruction o Electrical repair o Plumbing repair o HVAC repair o Data cables: pulling and terminating
