The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a contractor to replace the gate and operator at the Wilmington, NC, Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). Attached is the Request for Proposal, Drawings, Specifications and applicable Wage Determination. All vendors must review Section L of Request for Proposal to ensure a complete proposal is submitted. This is an Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) funded project.
