Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Remove existing York-Shipley Model SPWC-60-3 and place in parking lot for UNCG to dispose of in accordance with EPA guidelines. • Provide a new, comparable boiler of similar performance, quality and cost. o The new unit should have an input rate of 1800 to 2000 MBTU. • New unit to be set on the existing location. • Connect to existing gas supply. • Install new gas regulator and cutoff valve. • Connect to two (2) existing supply and return circuits (Existing pumps to remain in system). • Pipe water make-up, as needed. • Install new exhaust pipe to meet NC Code. • Connect to existing electrical circuit in accordance with NC Code. • Responses shall include the following: o Bidder must submit Make, Model, and Spec Sheets for the equipment. o Bidder must provide lead time for equipment and installation. o Bidder must provide warranty information
