The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is seeking proposals from responsible and qualified Proposers to administer and provide a high-quality, cost-effective Group Dental Insurance Plan. Proposers may submit proposals as either an Administrative Services Only (ASO) provider or as a provider offering a Fully Insured Plan (FIP). Proposers must demonstrate the experience, financial stability, and capability to deliver dental benefits in accordance with the requirements outlined in Section 3: Scope of Services of this Request for Proposal (RFP). WCPSS’s objective is to select a financially secure and service-oriented provider that is responsive to the needs of covered individuals and offers a competitive, comprehensive dental benefits plan.
