Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnishing, delivering, installing, and configuring network access control hardware and video surveillance equipment on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by Johnston Community College (JCC) per attached specifications. The initial project implementation plan is for the installation of approximately 60-80 doors & 10-20 cameras. This physical security project includes the installation of new access control and video surveillance equipment on JCC campuses, as well as retrofitting existing offline keyless entry points, to include exterior and interior doors, overhead doors, and an existing vehicular barrier gate. All equipment must integrate smoothly with JCC’s existing BadgePass Access Manager Network Access Control System and Video Insight Enterprise Video Management Software. Vendors shall incorporate all equipment, materials, installation services, and any ongoing costs associated with the service, maintenance and/or upgrades of such devices. Additionally, Vendors shall include descriptive details regarding the equipment and hardware, including its ability to integrate with BadgePass and Video Insight.
