Services Included The following services will be provided under this contract: • Preventive Maintenance: o Scheduled inspections and servicing of forklifts and scissor lifts. o Lubrication of moving parts to prevent wear and tear. o Replacement of filters, fluids, and other consumables as required. o Checking and maintaining battery levels and charging systems (for electric lifts). o Inspection and maintenance of hydraulic systems (for scissor lifts). o Inspection of tire condition and inflation. o Inspection of lift mechanisms, forks, and mast structures. o Cleaning and adjusting the engine and related components. • Inspection Services: o Routine safety and operational inspections to comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and ANSI (American National Standards Institute) regulations. o Record-keeping of inspection results and recommended actions. o Checking for compliance with regulatory safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. o Load test (for scissor lifts and forklifts where required). o Battery and electrical system checks for electric lifts. o Inspection Fee Schedule needs to be provided in advance. • Repairs and Replacements: o Identification of damaged or worn-out parts and immediate repair or replacement. o Availability of a repair team for emergency fixes if breakdowns occur. o Coordination of parts procurement and installation. o Contractor provides all parts. o Contractor provides all labor and tools to make repairs. o Contractor comes to City facilities where equipment is located, and work is to be performed. o Estimates are provided before work is initiated for larger jobs. o If equipment needs to be transported to vendors location, City staff will make transportation arrangements.
