Forsyth County, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from experienced food and beverage service operators to supply the necessary equipment, labor, materials, and supplies for managing and operating the food services within the new Tanglewood Golf Clubhouse, located within Tanglewood Park at 4061 Clemmons Road, Clemmons, NC 27012. This operation includes the kitchen, bar, and dining space directly associated with food services, collectively referred to as the "Clubhouse Food Service Area." The services will include, but are not limited to, managing the kitchen for hot food preparation, overseeing the bar area for serving beverages and alcohol, such as beer, and maintaining a dining area with several tables for patrons to enjoy meals and drinks. The successful bidder must demonstrate a proven track record in both food service and customer service. The primary objective of this RFP is to find a professional food service operator with a solid understanding of industry best practices to effectively manage and operate the kitchen and bar within the new Tanglewood Golf Clubhouse.
