Certification & Documentation: o Providing certification for all inspections and repairs identified. o Keeping detailed records of all compliance testing, including: Date of test Type of test performed Issues identified Safety compliance results Inspection findings o Submitting a compliance testing report to the client after each scheduled service. Service Provider Responsibilities • Provide qualified and experienced technicians who are familiar with the compliance testing of UST’s. • Ensure all work complies with relevant local, state, and federal regulations. • Provide documentation of all inspections and any findings made during service visits. • Ensure that all tools and equipment used for compliance testing are in good working order and appropriate for the job. • Performance Metrics and Expectations • All compliance testing will be completed in a timely manner. • Each compliance test will be thorough and performed by certified technicians. • The client will be notified of any critical issues or safety concerns that arise during compliance testing. Liability and Insurance • The service provider shall carry sufficient insurance coverage to cover any damages or accidents resulting from maintenance or inspection activities. • The client shall be held harmless for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse or failure of equipment after inspection or maintenance is completed.
