Awarded Contractor shall provide services, all as set forth in this RFP and more particularly described in this Section 4. 1. Written Test To provide a virtual firefighter entry-level aptitude test for 500-1500 applicants, to include: a. Results of the virtual entry-level firefighter exam. b. Practice session for candidates to review and practice sample questions. c. Test material listing of departments that utilize the same testing process. d. Test Information detailing analysis of the exam. e. Scoring of virtual exams detailing how each candidate performed. f. Test validation to include supporting data to minimize adverse impacts and validate exam processes and materials. g. Associated costs should be provided in increments of 500 applicants (i.e. Provide two separate costs depending on whether the number of applicants fall within a quantity of 500-1000 or a quantity of 1001-1500). 2. Oral Interviews To provide a virtual structured oral interview component for the entry-level firefighter assessment process for up to 200 candidates, to include: a. Test Information. b. Detailed analysis of the exam. c. Vendor to provide training for RFD staff if needed for grading oral interviews. 3. Job Analysis Include a job analysis specific to entry-level firefighter as part of your proposal.
