Fire Sprinkler System Installation and Repair (JOC) – Contractor must carry appropriate licenses and/or certifications. The contractor must be qualified and able to perform repairs and maintenance on sprinkler, pre-action, and standpipe systems in accordance to, but not limited to, NFPA 13, NFPA 14, NFPA 25, and NFPA 72. The contractor must have the knowledge to ensure the operational integrity of the sprinkler system and be able to produce all documentation as required by NFPA 25 and the AHJ. The contractor must be able to respond on a 24 hour, 7 day basis and will be expected to respond to emergency requests within 2 hours. The contractor is expected to adhere to the scheduling time frame for beginning and completing the work as outlined by the WCPSS supervisor.
