Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Fire Alarm Inspections at each of DPS sites – Yearly 2. Fire door and wall inspections – Yearly Fire door inspections should include conditions of each door, door frames and hardware with the locations and numbering that are located on each frame. Fire Wall inspections should be checked above and below drop ceilings for any penetrations that may need to be sealed. 3. Fire Damper Inspections – Every 4 years including the 1 st year the vendor is awarded the contract. 4. Water Based Suppression systems/ Sprinkler inspections (three quarterly and 1 yearly inspections; Every 3 months) Water Based/ sprinkler inspections should show difference between quarterly and yearly inspection prices. 5. Fire extinguisher inspections and servicing - Yearly Fire Extinguisher documentation should have a computerized documentation of locations of each fire extinguisher per site and shared with maintenance for future reference. 6.
