Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall have service manuals, diagnostic equipment and access to any manufacture updates or requirements readily available. Contractor shall also provide labor, proper tools, equipment maintained under manufacture’s specifications, transportation, and materials to complete the obligations of the contract. 2. Contractor shall be licensed and registered with the State of North Carolina. 3. Contractor shall provide validation that all employees on the City of Raleigh property is properly insured. 4. Contractor shall be required to maintain required licenses and will be responsible for all required permits at no cost to the City of Raleigh. 5. Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of prior experience with the specific system(s), and with systems similar size and complexity to the requirement of the contract. 6. Contractor shall adhere to security, safety standards and regulations at each facility. 7. Contractor shall require his/her employees to comply with instructions pertaining to conduct and building regulations issued by duly appointed officials such as building manager’s, security guards, inspectors, facility staff, and/or designated liaison. 8. Contractor shall notify the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation, & Cultural Resources Department, Parks Maintenance Division of any trouble found during test or service. 9. Contractor shall ensure that a trained representative will arrive on site with appropriate time to perform or provide all necessary field services, maintenance, and/ or repairs required to preserve and maintain manufacture and design requirements for the installed system. 10. Contractor is required to have ID displayed at all times while at City of Raleigh Facility.
