Awarded Contractor shall provide services, all as set forth in this RFP and more particularly described in this Section 4. Bidder shall compliance as to provide timely completion of inspections and testing that is required by the City of Raleigh (COR) and shall not disrupt normal business operations. The typical annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Service for City of Raleigh and facilities and Facilities and Operations vehicles usage shall consist of the following tasks, as well as any and all tasks required in order to conform with all applicable NFPA, Federal, State, OSHA and Local Authority having jurisdiction standards, regulations, codes and requirements. The fire extinguishers and corresponding services will be at City of Raleigh locations identified in Appendix VII. 1. Services are to be attempted to be scheduled within 7 days of initial verbal receipt of order. Service hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at all locations, Monday through Friday. 2. Contractors shall ensure that a trained representative is scheduled with approved City of Raleigh designee at the appropriate time to preform or provide all necessary inspections and recharges to maintain compliance. 3. At time of inspection, an assessment shall be provided to assure the proper operation of the unit(s). Contractor must perform inspections and recharges for identified extinguishers at each facility. Any inspection/recharge/repair for an additional extinguisher not identified in Appendix VII must be approved through an executed amendment prior to any work being done.
