1. Services are to be attempted to be scheduled within 7 days of initial verbal receipt of order. Service hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at all locations, Monday through Friday. 2. Contractors shall ensure that a trained representative is scheduled with approved City of Raleigh designee at the appropriate time to preform or provide all necessary inspections and recharges to maintain compliance 3. At time of inspection, an assessment shall be provided to assure the proper operation of the unit(s). Contractor must perform inspections and recharges for identified extinguishers at each facility. Any inspection/recharge/repair for an additional extinguisher not identified in Appendix VII must be approved through an executed amendment prior to any work being done. 4. Complete inspect, and/or testing as required by local, state and federal agencies. 5. Inspections, recharges and service calls shall be done on site when possible. If device needs to be taken off site, a loaner must be provided, and original extinguisher must be returned to site upon completion of inspection, recharge and/or servicing within 4 business days.
