The North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) in coordination with the North Carolina Community College System Office (NCCCSO) aids and guides in the execution of contracts to ensure more competitive pricing by procuring essential products and services for the fifty-eight (58) Community Colleges within the State of North Carolina. Depending on the participating community college and the type of equipment, software, etc. being procured, data may be stored either on-prem, on cloud (SaaS), or both, and will be used to train students and instructors. The purpose of this IFB is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract for Vendor(s) to furnish and deliver throughout the contract period, on an as needed basis when ordered by the participating community colleges, a comprehensive, multiple manufacturer’s product line for new, unused, and in current production, Fire and EMS Training Equipment, Training Props, and Simulators in the following categories: • Category A: Fire Training Props and Simulators • Category B: EMS Training Equipment and Simulators
