1. Contractor will be responsible for installing and providing a total working solution which will replace the existing fire system. 2. Contractor will be responsible for providing and installing all materials to include smoke detectors, duct detectors, pull stations, horn strobes, NAC panels, any power supplies needed as well as the Main panel and dialers. 3. Contractor will also be responsible for providing pathways to the specified systems and devices. 4. Contractor will be responsible for installing this system per drawings and the walk through provided by GCS School Safety and Emergency Management. It is the contractor’s responsibility to provide and install all wiring, supports and pathways for the wiring. 5. Contractor will be responsible for both materials and labor regarding the mounting of the supplied devices. If there are any complications programming or adjusting the final product GCS will expect the contractor to work with our staff until a final working solution can be provided. 6. Contractor will be responsible for creating and installing new framed device maps, a thumb drive including these drawings and a document box installed onsite.
