Qty: 8 New 911 Dispatch Workstation Consoles General Requirements: All 24/7 furniture shall be of the same manufacturer, and shall be furnished and installed by the manufacturer or a vendor specializing in the delivery, set up and installation of the manufacturer’s furniture and equipment 1. Consoles must be designed for 24/7/365 use in a mission-critical environment. 2. Console manufacturer must have at least 10 years of experience in public safety dispatch furniture. 3. Consoles shall be fully ergonomic, with height-adjustable work surfaces for both sitting and standing operation. 4. Each console must include: o Independent adjustment of monitor surface and keyboard surface. o Integrated cable management for power and data. o Power and data ports accessible to the user. o Monitor arms capable of supporting up to 8 monitors. o Personal climate control system (fan and heater) optional but preferred. o Dimmable task lighting. o Status light o Integrated CPU storage or rack. o Surface material must be durable, scratch- and stain-resistant. o Acoustic/privacy panels between workstations. 5. Consoles must be modular and reconfigurable to allow for future layout changes. 6. Vendor must provide: o 3 Different Design layout/mockups (1 design must include future growth proposal of adding 2 workstation) o Delivery and full installation o System testing o Training for staff 7. All products shall carry a minimum one-year warranty (parts and labor). 8. Furniture must comply with ADA, ANSI/BIFMA, and applicable ergonomic standards. 9.
