Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Bidder shall provide a full-service, turnkey solution to provide theProducts and Services set forth in this ITB in a timely manner. Individuals will order Fire Uniforms,Related Equipment, and Services using their user profile on a customized website designed by thesuccessful Bidder. All orders must be shipped in a bag/container clearly marked with the employee sname, employee number, and Battalion. This shall include, but not be limited to, providing allProducts and Services specified in this ITB, exchange policy, account management, customizedwebsite, and other related services as may be required for a period of three (3) years after theContract effective date to the Charlotte Fire Department (CFD) and other Participating PublicAgencies. The Lead Public Agency at its option may extend the Contract for two (2) additional one-year extensions unless the Company objects in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the beginningof the extension term. The successful Bidder shall agree to receive all orders from the Lead PublicAgency and Participating Public Agencies and to deliver items ordered to a specified Lead PublicAgency and Participating Public Agency address
