Assets includes the sub-processes of establishing asset policies, integration with Procure to Pay for the instantiation of the asset and recording of relevant data, tracking asset location, responsibility, and condition, servicing and maintaining assets with integration with fleet management, accounting for depreciation, impairments, and other financial events, and retirement and disposal of the asset. Assets includes information retrieval, reporting, and analytics that support and enable these sub-processes. BUDGET EXECUTION Includes the business and accounting activities that occur following the certification of the budget and the management of the budget. Budget Execution includes the subprocesses of post-certification control and monitoring, processing operating allotments and reversions, and processing operating budget revisions. Budgets include information retrieval, reporting, and analytics that support and enable these sub-processes.
