1. Power Washing Services • All designated spaces, as identified on the attached site map, shall be power washed two (2) times per month. • Work shall be performed overnight to minimize interference with public operations and park usage. • Power washing shall remove dirt, grime, algae, and other common surface contaminants. • Any cleaner that comes into contact must be rinsed off any plant material. Plant material should also be pre-rinsed if needed ahead of cleaning areas next to plant beds. • Services do not include tannin staining treatments caused by leaves unless separately contracted. 2. Specialty Cleaning Services • Certain specialty work, including window cleaning, may require daytime execution. • The contractor shall coordinate with the City at least five (5) business days in advance for any scheduled daytime work. • Teak oiling services may be requested on an as-needed basis, priced per project, and must be pre-approved by the City prior to commencement. 3. Standards of Performance • All work areas must be left clean and free of debris upon completion of services. • The contractor shall protect all adjacent surfaces, landscaping, and property during cleaning activities. • Any damage caused during the course of work shall be repaired or replaced at the contractor’s expense. • All cleaning products must be environmentally safe and compliant with local regulations. 4. Communication and Reporting • The contractor shall maintain a single point of contact for all service coordination and emergency needs. • Any issues, delays, or unforeseen conditions impacting service delivery shall be reported immediately to the City’s project manager.
