If chemicals used to complete the scope of work they will be Eco friendly and Green techniques shall be used. Acidic cleaners shall not be used on acid-sensitive masonry (such as glazed brick, marble and limestone) that would dissolve the surface. The contractor shall clean all exterior windows and outdoor patio area.
