Installment financing agreement pursuant to N.C.G.S. §160A-20 in a principal amount of $200,00.00 for the purpose of financing the cost of (3) 2025 Dodge Durango Pursuit vehicles as well as the cost to upfit these vehicles, Hydraulic breaker attachment, 60” Zero Turn Lawnmower, Aqua Tap Mac 2 Pro Kit, Sewer Tap Machine, two Shoring Fin Form boards and Backpack blower (collectively, the “Project”) and paying related financing costs. The Project consists of (3) 2025 Dodge Durango Pursuit vehicles with upfits for Police Patrol service as designated on the attached vehicle list.
