Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work outlined specifies the tasks required. The vendor that receives this contract must specify in the technical proposal to accept the exact specifications defined by this contract for (1) collecting English III selections, and (2) delivery of the selections on electronically accessed media and in print form. The contractor must be experienced in collecting English III selections for testing, the task associated with this contract. Selections collected for this contract must not be duplicates for any selections provided at any time for the North Carolina Department of Public Instructions Statewide Testing Program (End-of-Grade or End-of-Course assessments) to avoid in any manner jeopardizing the NC Statewide Testing Program, and must not have been previously submitted to another vendor or for any other CUACS project. Timely delivery of the appropriate selections is critical.
