General Background: Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC), at it’s operations center, has two buildings with space that need to be repurposed. In 2024 we conducted a programming study and have the general areas identified for new use. Our next steps include hiring an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm to perform engineering services, estimates, bidding and construction support to see this project through completion. The programming drawings are provided in these bid documents, however the finished spaces will include; office spaces, computer training room, training room, warehouse/workshop and breakroom space. Services Needed: Below are a list of deliverables GUC will require of this contract • Review and confirm 2024 programming schedule. • Provide SD, DD, CD drawings and construction estimates. • Provide bid documents and support to bid and hire a general contractor. • Provide engineering construction support. • Provide as built drawings at completion of project.
