The District is seeking the services of qualified firms with extensive knowledge and background in the environmental consulting. These services should potentially include but are not limited to: Environmental consulting Local, state and federal regulatory compliance Manage list of sites Competing NEPA documents Creating Maps and cost estimates for repairs Experience and / or capability may be required in any of the following subjects: Site Assessment Cost estimation Strategic planning Regulatory compliance Note: While it is not required that a firm be experienced in all of the above areas, a successful firm may need access to this expertise through sub-contracting or other arrangements as approved by the county.
