BASE CAMP FOR EMERGENCY RESPONDERS/SUPPORT STAFF HOUSING AND SUSTENANCE • Set up of emergency housing and base camp development including living quarters, kitchen/feeding facilities, bathroom facilities, shower, and laundering units with all support and wrap around support for clean operational delivery. Hand wash stations, towel dispensers, soap dispensers. • Plan & resources for feeding response personnel 2 Hot meals (breakfast & dinner) and 1 Boxed (lunch) meal per day. • Fuel Truck & Vacuum/pump Truck (sewage). • Provision of portable lighting, emergency pumps, piping, and other necessary equipment. • Generators with capacity to sustain and maintain entire basecamp operation through duration of event. • Climate-controlled tents and trailers with ADA-compliant sleeping quarters. • Flood mitigation and winter weather support (TIGERDAM systems, dewatering pumps, heaters and ice control). • Command and communications trailers with direct satellite connectivity for interoperability communications platform.ie Increase Internet WI-FI , VHF, UHF, 700Mhz and 800Mhz Radio Capabilities, Mobile Cell internet Sites. Cell On Wheels. (COW) Mobile Radio Mast. • Decontamination, remediation, and post-incident cleanup services. • Traffic signs, cones, and traffic management equipment to ensure safety and flow. • Maintenance and deactivation of all temporary housing, command centers, and support units, to include landscape remediation. • 24/7 on-site security/fire watch. 2. WAREHOUSE/LOCAL RECEIVING SITE • Support for Logistics Distribution Centers including qualified personnel. • Supply of power generators, including two to four 100 kW generators, ten to fifty 300 kW generators, and one 600 kW generator with power distribution capabilities such as spider boxes, power junction integration for quick setup and interoperability. • Industrial Forklifts, telehandlers, tracked vehicles, and material handling equipment to support rapid distribution systems. • Deployment of communications equipment, generators, lighting towers, and support vehicles. • Warehouse and staging yard support for supply chain continuity. • Maintenance and deactivation of all temporary receiving sites. • Just in time warehouse support and training. 3. EMERGENCY RESPONSE EQUIPMENT & SUPPORT • Pre-packed supply trailers with firefighting, rescue, hazmat, and industrial safety equipment. • Skid steers, Dozers, Backhoes and other Heavy Equipment required for emergency road debris removal or Wildfire Clearing. • Connex-style storage units, and command centers. • Traffic signs, cones, and traffic management equipment to ensure safety and flow at critical access points. • Deployment of communications equipment, generators, lighting towers, and support vehicles. • Provision of equipment and technical support for chainsaw operations, wildfire management, and structural firefighting protection. • Fuel supply/distribution for all emergency response equipment and vehicles. • Responder Wi-Fi hub with charging stations for computers and cell phones.
