1. Contractor must have a licensed electrician on staff that is familiar with bulbs, capacitors, ballasts, controllers, oil switches, and all aspects of elevated and exterior area lights maintenance. Electrician needs to be license electrician contractor familiar with OSHA regulations. Proof of license will need to be provided before award. 2. Contractor must have staff capable to climb poles as needed to complete work. 3. Contractor must have license drivers on staff for cherry pickers, lift trucks or specialized equipment required to complete work. 4. Contract must have access to lift truck that is capable of reaching 115 feet. 5. Contractor must be able to respond if called during emergencies within 72 hours while no sporting events are occurring. 6. Contractor must maintain safety stock of certain light bulbs: 1000 & 1500 watt bulbs. 7. Contractor must list experience changing and repairing outdoor lighting. 8. Contractor must provide hourly rate for office hours (8 am to 5 pm), after hours (5:01 pm to 10 pm) and holiday hours. 9. During and after maintenance, all areas should be left neat and clean. Precautions should be taken to avoid damage or injury to ballfield patrons, employees, equipment, vehicles, structures, existing trees and ornamentals. The contractor will be held responsible for all damage. All work shall be completed in a safe manner for operators, employees and visitors to the facility. 10. Contractors must haul off and dispose of all old or damaged parts. Not leave them on site.
