Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Card Access System: a. Complete audit of electronic access control equipment on site; b. Inspect all electric locks for surge suppression (diode or MOV); c. Inspect mounting hardware for each electric lock; retighten and apply Loctite if necessary; d. Test “Door Propped Open” and “Door Forced Open” alarms to ensure proper reporting to command center; test local audible alarms (if applicable); e. Test exit devices for magnetic locks to ensure fire code compliance; f. Check back-up battery levels; replace batteries if necessary; g. Visually inspect all wiring and terminations; h. Inspect communication line (RS-485) surge suppression; i. Update equipment inventory log; j. Upgrade control panel firmware to latest version, as needed; k. Upgrade access control software to latest version, as needed; l. Upgrade any hardware and servers equivalent or better needed to insure efficient operations; m. Reprogram any trouble issues with Access Control System; n. Grade the condition of all equipment as: Excellent, Fair, or Poor; 2. CCTV System: a. Complete audit of CCTB equipment on site; b. Clean all cameras & lenses; c. Check all system components for operability; d. Visually inspect all wiring and terminations; e. Inspect surge protection to ensure equipment remains protected; f. Review video data backup process to ensure customer is getting desired storage; g. Provide additional operator training on system, as needed for additional DPH staff due to new staff members, updates, upgrades, etc.; h. Provide suggestions for system improvement (any and all improvements must receive prior approval from DPH and shall require a separate purchase order); i. Grade the condition of all equipment as: Excellent, Fair, or Poor
