Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction is soliciting for architects/engineersfrom interested qualified design firms for the Massey Building Window Replacement project on the ENCSD campus in Wilson, NC.The project includes the demolition and replacement of all existing curtainwall / window and entrance systemsencompassingthe building perimeter.Window openings are a mix of fixed openings and 2-story window walls. Structural evaluation will be required for attachment and bracing of the new window systems. Architectural work includes glazing, hardware, window treatments, and finishes (interior / exterior) affected by the system replacement. Entrance work will also require coordination with the building’s access control system.
