Program Delivery & Curriculum: ● Design and deliver the four-course ESL Add-On Licensure curriculum, ensuring alignment with North Carolina ESL licensure requirements and current best practices. ● Provide all necessary instructional materials, resources, and faculty for both programs. ● Ensure the curriculum is relevant to the K-12 public school context and addresses the practical needs of WCPSS educators. 2. Instructional Modality & Technology: ● Implement robust systems and processes to support the delivery of the ESL Add-On in-person courses for WCPSS educators. ● Manage student enrollment, course registration, and academic progress tracking for WCPSS educators participating in the programs. 3. Student Support & Practicum Management: ● Provide comprehensive academic advising and support services tailored to the needs of working educators. ● Coordinate and manage the week-long practicum experience for the ESL Add-On program, potentially collaborating with WCPSS schools for placements. ● Offer support for the one-year research sequence, including faculty mentorship and resources.
