The selected vendor will be responsible for: • Key Focus Areas – Finance and Human Resources o Business process analysis and reengineering o System configuration and customization o Process Development o Report Development o Workflow Configuration o Testing, go-live support, and post-implementation support • Integration with existing systems • Project management • Training for end-users and administrators • Developing knowledge base and learning management system • Coordination between City and Tyler Technologies Core functional areas include (but are not limited to): • Financial Services Department o Accounting & Payroll o Procurement, Purchasing and Inventory Management o Budget, Performance and Strategy o Capital Projects and Grants Management • Human Resources o Personnel Management o Time and Attendance • Reporting and Business Intelligence
