● Provide programming, planning, design, and construction administration services. ● Provide project leadership and coordination of all parties involved, including owner’s provided consultants, school administration, state and local agencies, contractors, etc. for the successful completion of design and construction to the satisfaction of the Owner. ● Provide all Engineering and Design services required for a complete project that meets local and state agency approvals. ● Develop construction bid documents, execute the construction bid process, and provide construction administration and inspection services. ● Provide presentations to the Board of Education and Administration as requested. ● The Engineering firm will be responsible for ensuring the schedule and budget goals.
