Specifications include, but are not limited to: The ITS department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte is seeking proposals for email security services(inclusive of anti-spam, anti-virus, anti-malware and email gateway services) and email archiving services offered as aSoftware as a Service (SaaS). The University is upgrading the campus email system and a new email security serviceand email archiving solution is needed to support the new system. These changing needs include:�upgrades to the Exchange environment�changes to the campus network infrastructure�eDiscovery and compliance requirements�software as a service (SaaS) offerings�the possibility of outsourcing some or all of our email services in the future
