Specifications include, but are not limited to: region as a leading center for business aviation and prepare an Economic Prospectus Strategic Action Plan, Conceptual Plan and Organizational Structure for a proposed Development Authority to advance a signature Business Aviation Innovation Center and Signature Reasearch Park centered on Port Columbus International Airport and its environs. The study should examine the specific business aviation focus areas, technology development activities to be pursued, marketing and outreach approaches, mechanisms for the development of centers/consortia/collaboration, and preliminary resource requirements. This is a joint strategic initiative of the cities of Columbus, Gahanna and Whitehall, and Franklin County. The City of Columbus will be the contracting agency.
